The present general terms and conditions of sale describe the contractual relationship between Noorosciences and its customers. Customers are required to read them before any transaction. If necessary, Noorosciences.com reserves the right to adapt or modify the present general conditions of sale if necessary. The new conditions would then be applicable on the day of the order.

 

Noorosciences offers games, books and online training.We deliver new products in their original packaging. The guarantee only covers defects found when unpacking the product and subject to declaration of the defect within 14 days of receipt of the product. In the event of positive receipt of the guarantee claim, the product will be replaced by the same item if possible or, if not, the product will be refunded. 

 

Orders 

The validation of an order is equivalent to an electronic signature. The order will be confirmed to you by e-mail to the address that you will have indicated.

The contact details provided by the customer when ordering are those that will be taken into account. In case of an error in the delivery address entered by the customer, Noorosciences cannot be held responsible for the impossibility or failure of delivery. The eventual return of the items will be at the customer's expense. The customer agrees to consult his e-mails to read the information he receives concerning his purchases or to inform Noorosciences of any requests for additional information.

 

Solvency 

The customer undertakes to check his solvency before placing any order on the Noorosciences website .

 

The prices of the articles are provided in euros. Noorosciences reserves the right to modify its prices at its own initiative. The prices displayed on the order form are the prevailing and valid prices.

Postage and packing costs are added to the prices of the items. These costs vary according to the country of dispatch and are displayed on the order form and the invoice.

 

Noorosciences leaves the packages to the French Post Office or to a private transport service at the delivery address provided at the time of your order. The items are shipped on the working days of the French postal service. Noorosciences can in no way be held responsible for postal service delays. The non-respect of delivery times by the Post Office or the carrier is not a reason to cancel an order. 

Some countries apply customs taxes. These taxes are not the responsibility of noorosciences.com. Customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about the amount of these taxes before placing the order. 

The digital products concerning online training will be accessible directly from the Noorosciences website following receipt of the order confirmation with mention and information allowing access to the digital content. 

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The methods of payment proposed by Noorosciences for your orders are the following:

Payment by Visa or MasterCard through the Paypal payment system.

After ordering and choosing the card payment method, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal's secure payment server (SSL). As soon as the payment is accepted or refused, you will receive an email from PayPal accompanied by an email from " noorosciences.com ". Your bank details entered at the time of payment are received and encrypted by the banking institution you have selected. No banking data is stored by the "Noorosciences" website. 

 

The information provided to "Noorosciences" remains totally confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party under any circumstances within the legal framework.  

 

"Noorosciences" can be reached by email at info@noorosciences.com for any questions or complaints.

 

Delivered packages that have not been claimed or refused are systematically returned to the sender with return costs. Upon reception, the customer is notified by email within a reasonable period of time, in order to agree on a new delivery try, a cancellation at this stage is no longer possible. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item(s). If there is no news from the customer, after a period of 3 months (from the date of sending), Noorosciences will no longer be bound to a refund. 

 

Order cancellation is not possible (except in the case of non-compliance reported within 14 calendar days) this applies to any cancellation of products or digital content.

 

The items must be returned in their original packaging in case of non-conformity. After receipt of the goods, the refund will be made by the same means of payment used at the time of purchase in the event that the non-conformity of the product is proven.Shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the customer.  

 

The information provided (such as name, postal and email address) when registering on the Noorosciences site must be accurate, valid and updated in case of change by the customer. Whether it is for training or for online purchases on our site, the password is strictly confidential and can only be used by the customer. The customer shall ensure that this password remains secret and shall be responsible for any orders placed from his account. 

 

Subscription to an e-learning program gives access to the content for 2 calendar years from the date of payment for the program. 

 

A subscriber to the newsletter or who has subscribed to the online training can unsubscribe at any time. This unsubscription will then be instantaneous and cannot be modified. 

 

The Customer has no intellectual property rights on the products marketed by Noorosciences or on the digital content.  Noorosciences remains the exclusive owner of all these rights. The customer undertakes not to reproduce or market the content of the products and digital content marketed by Noorosciences. 

Noorosciences only grants a simple right of use for training content. In this case, the contract concluded between the parties is a contract for the provision of services, the main feature of which is, in this case, access for a fixed period to one or more training contents including any supporting documents.

Any use of the Noorosciences trademark must be subject to prior written agreement with Nooroscience. 

Customers acknowledge by the present conditions that they may be subject to legal action in the event of non-use of the content in accordance with the present article. 

 

Noorosciences is only responsible for what it has published on its site. Noorosciences is not responsible for technical problems caused by external software, servers or any other platform. 

Whatever the circumstances, the responsibility of our company towards the customer resulting from the non-delivery of the products or services, the non-conformity or the latent defect of the products cannot exceed the invoice price of the products or services being the subject of the complaint.    

In no case Noorosciences can be held liable to compensate for any immaterial and or indirect damages such as operating losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, commercial prejudice, and loss of profit (examples given as an indication and non-exhaustive list).

Noorosciences" shall not be held liable in the event of a fortuitous event, a case of force majeure, the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract or the non-conformity of the product with foreign legislation in the event of delivery to a country with standards other than the manufacturing standards below. 

It shall also not be engaged in the event of stock shortages at our suppliers or delays related to our delivery service provider. Noorosciences will of course do his best to honour your order as quickly as possible. 

 

Noorosciences is committed to providing technical solutions to make its site accessible and functional to the customer. If necessary, the site may be suspended for updates or maintenance. 

 

All our games are made according to NF71 standards (more than 3 years) by PEFC, imprim'vert, FSC and ISO 14001 certified manufacturers.

 

These general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. The same applies to the rules of substance as to the rules of form. In case of dispute or claim, the consumer will apply in priority to the company "Noorosciences" to obtain an amicable solution.

Only the French version of the contractual documents will be opposable to the parties and will be considered as authentic in case of dispute. In case of violation of the general terms and conditions of sale or non-compliance by the customer, Noorosciences reserves the right to suspend access to its platform.

All disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be the EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE LAUSANNE COURT whatever the customer's registered office or residence, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or appeal in warranty.
